Property & Surface Care
We treat every home with care and respect and make every reasonable effort to avoid damage while setting up, preparing, serving, and packing down. However, as an in-home dining service involves the movement of equipment and tableware throughout the property, Gourmet Shin is not responsible for pre-existing damage, delicate surfaces, or minor incidental marks unless caused by proven negligence.
If your home has any particularly delicate flooring, walls, furniture, or restricted access areas, please let us know before the event so we can discuss the best setup.
Dietary requirements
All guests must be comfortable eating raw fish and seafood. We may be able to adjust for certain allergies to specific seafood or other ingredients.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pregnant, vegetarian or vegan guests.
A $100 travel fee applies for venues located more than 50km from Pascoe Vale South.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Where possible, please enquire a few months in advance.
